DSP BlackRock MF Introduces DSP BlackRock US Flexible Equity Fund (17-Jul-2012)
DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund has launched the New Fund Offer (NFO) of DSP BlackRock US Flexible Equity Fund, an open ended overseas fund scheme.
The NFO opens for subscription on July 17, 2012 and closes on July 31, 2012. No entry load will be applicable for the scheme; the fund will be charging 1% exit load for holding period from date of allotment less than 12 months, while it will be nil for period more than 12 months.
The minimum subscription amount is Rs. 5,000 and multiples of Rs. 1 thereafter.
The scheme's performance will be benchmarked against Russell 1000 Index and its fund managers are Mehul Jani and Laukik.
The investment objective of the scheme is to seek capital appreciation by investing predominantly in units of BlackRock Global Funds US Flexible Equity Fund (BGF - USFEF). The scheme may, at the discretion of the investment manager, also invest in the units of other similar overseas mutual fund schemes, which may constitute a significant part of its corpus. The scheme may also invest a certain portion of its corpus in money market securities and/ or money market/liquid schemes of DSPBR.
