Ramco Systems Allots Equity Shares (29-May-2012)
The committee of Ramco Systems in its meeting on 28 May 2012 has approved the allotment of 2,544 equity shares of Rs 10 each, being the exercise of the equity stock options by the employees of the company under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2008.
The committee has approved the allotment of 456 equity shares of Rs 10 each, being the exercise of 204 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009- plan A and 252 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009 - Plan B by the employees of the company.
Further, the committee has approved the allotment of 1,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, being the subscription under the Employee Stock Purchase Scheme, 2004 (ESPS 2004) by an eligible employee.
