JSL Stainless on 08 June 2012 has allotted 2,91,978 equity shares of Rs 2 each to The Royal Bank of Scotland NV London Branch upon conversion of FCCBs amounting to USD 8,00,000.

Consequent upon the above said allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased from Rs 37.90 crore to 37.96 crore divided into 18,97,97,603 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
