Digjam Allots Equity Shares (04-Jun-2012)
The committee of Digjam on 04 June 2012 has allotted 1,49,13,325 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 14.50 per share to the holders of preference shares on the record date i.e. 31 May 2012 on conversion of preference share capital aggregating to Rs 21.62 crore which consequently stands cancelled. The aforesaid allotment has been made pursuant to the scheme of arrangement u/s 391 to 393 of the Companies Act, 1956 between the company and its shareholders sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat vide order dated 04 May 2012 which became effective on 15 May 2012.
