GIC Housing Finance Reports 25.40 Percent Rise In Q1 Net Profit (17-Jul-2012)
GIC Housing Finance has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2012.
On the standalone basis, the company has posted a rises of 25.40% in its net profit at Rs 22.02 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 as compared to Rs 17.56 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income has increased by 28.56% at Rs 131.85 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 102.56 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2011.
GIC Housing Finance offers loans on fixed and floating basis. Apart from this, it is having Flexi- Fixed, Step Up/ Step Down schemes and mortgage loans.
