Jeera Trades Higher In The Spot Markets (20-Jun-2012)
Jeera or Cumin seed was trading firm, being offered up Rs 25 per 20 kg on exporters and upcountry demand at Unjha mandi of Gujarat on Wednesday. New cumin seed medium quoted at Rs 2,025-2,050 per 20 kg, NCDEX quality raw quoted at Rs 2,470-2,575 per 20 kg. Raw cumin seed at Jodhpur in Rajasthan quoted at Rs 12,800-13,500 per quintal. Arrival reported around 400-450 bags.
