Jeera Declines On Profit Taking (21-Jun-2012)
Jeera or Cumin seed has declined on Thursday at Unjha mandi of Gujarat on the back of profit taking at higher level. New cumin seed medium quoted at Rs 2,000-2,025 per 20 kg, NCDEX quality raw quoted at Rs 2,450-2,550 per 20 kg. Raw cumin seed at Jodhpur in Rajasthan quoted at Rs 12,600-13,400 per quintal. Arrival reported around 300-350 bags.
