Himalya International Outcome Of EGM (22-Feb-2010)
Himalya International Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 09, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. To allow issue of 5 million QIP according to the guideline as provided under Chapter XIIIA of the SEBI, (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2009.
2. To increase the authorized capital of the Company by Rs. 25 crore i.e. from 50 crore to 75 crore (divided into 7,50,00,000 (Seven crore fifty lacs) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each).
